Alexandra Forsythe, a scuba diver, passed away unexpectedly at the age of 37 on Monday, November 10, 2025, in Monterey, California.
She always chased her dreams of adventure, passion for animals, marine wildlife, and scuba diving.
Alexandra Forsythe’s life had always been about finding balance between two very different worlds, the land-based craft of pet styling and the underwater adventures of scuba diving.
She built a reputation for treating four-legged clients with care and creativity as the owner of Wet Noses Pet Grooming by Alexandra. Her business name reflected her philosophy: every wet nose deserved a gentle touch and a stylish cut.
She honed her skills as a Pet Stylist at PetSmart, where she developed expertise in breed-specific cuts and handling anxious animals. Her attention to detail and genuine love for pets made her a trusted groomer in the community.
While building her grooming career, Forsythe pursued another passion beneath the waves. She climbed the scuba certification ladder with determination, eventually earning the prestigious rating of Dive Master.
She worked as a sales associate at Dolphin Scuba Center and helped fellow diving enthusiasts gear up for their own underwater adventures, sharing her knowledge of equipment and local dive sites.
