Andrew Andy Lee, 39, has been missing since the evening of Feb. 16, 2026, and authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward. Lee was last seen at about 8 p.m. on the 6600 block of Marcelle Street in Paramount.
His family, who describe him as medically vulnerable, says he needs medication, and they are deeply worried for his safety.
Lee is a white male, approximately 6 feet 1 inch tall and 170 pounds. He has brown hair, brown eyes, and a full beard. Distinct tattoos include a dragon and tribal style artwork on his left arm.
When he was last seen, he was wearing a red and black hoodie and black pants.
Investigators classify Lee as an at-risk missing person because of medical and mental health conditions that require ongoing care.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department began search operations on Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2026, under the direction of Sheriff Robert G. Luna.
Search teams have conducted ground checks and are following up with family members and witnesses as they try to piece together Lee’s movements before he disappeared.
Detectives are requesting the public to review any nearby surveillance or doorbell footage from the evening of Feb. 16 and the hours that followed.

Small details matter, investigators say. A short clip from a security camera, a dashcam recording, or a neighbor’s recollection about a vehicle or a direction of travel could help focus the search.
Family and friends report that Lee requires medication and that he may be confused without it. Because of that medical need, authorities say time is critical.
The department asks anyone who saw him, who has recent contact with him, or who noticed anything unusual on Marcelle Street around 8 p.m. on Feb. 16 to call immediately.
