Louise Clarke, 43, has been missing from Wythall since the evening of Saturday, February 21, when she was last seen outside the Packhorse pub; her car was left at the venue, and her mobile phone has been switched off, prompting urgent concern from relatives and police.
Officers confirm she was seen at about 8:20 pm and are treating the report as a missing-person inquiry while enquiries continue.
West Mercia Police have published a description and appealed for anyone with information to come forward: Clarke is described as a white woman of slim build, about 5ft 4in tall with shoulder-length blonde/brown hair, and was last seen wearing a burgundy tracksuit, black trainers, and a black body-warmer.
The force asked anyone who saw her that night, or who has CCTV, dashcam, or doorbell footage from the Packhorse pub area, to contact them quoting the reference on the appeal.
Family members and friends have mounted searches of the area and shared emotional pleas on social media asking Louise to return or for anyone who knows her whereabouts to get in touch.

Local volunteers have been combing streets and green spaces close to the pub while officers carry out checks on nearby roads and routes where she is believed to have connections.
The post from relatives and local community groups has been widely shared across Birmingham and Solihull community pages.
Investigators say small pieces of information can be crucial and are urging residents and motorists who were in the Wythall area that evening to review any footage and call with even the smallest detail.
If you were in or near the Packhorse pub on Saturday night, saw a parked car that has not moved, or remember seeing Louise, contact West Mercia Police via 101 or, if it’s an emergency, 999 — and quote the reference supplied in the force appeal. Officers and family say they are worried for her welfare and want to locate her as soon as possible.
