Audra Jo Trapletti, 40, of Jeannette, Pennsylvania, passed away on February 24, 2026.

Born on January 22, 1986, in Jeannette, Audra was the daughter of Douglas B. Hoffman and Kathy Teagarden Hoffman.

She grew into a woman whose presence brought comfort and joy, and whose commitment to family and friends was unwavering.
Audra’s greatest passion in life was her family. As a devoted wife to Jason Trapletti and loving mother to her daughters Avria and Aubrey, she poured her heart into nurturing and supporting her children.
Her dedication was especially evident during the challenging period when her twins underwent a bone marrow transplant.
Audra stood as a pillar of strength, offering tireless care, medical advocacy, and unwavering support. Her knowledge of medical care went beyond the ordinary, and she became a trusted health advocate for those she loved, demonstrating her selflessness and commitment to the well-being of others.

In addition to her husband and daughters, Audra is survived by her siblings Bret Hoffman and his wife Michelle, Sean Hoffman, Laura Hoffman Trapletti and her husband Anthony, and Marc Hoffman.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents Judy Wolford, Marshall Hoffman, Lorraine Teagarden, and Robert Teagarden, her father-in-law Jeff Trapletti, and cousins Kate Teagarden, Jan Esway, and Noah Teagarden.
Audra Jo Trapletti’s life was a testament to love, faith, and devotion. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness, strength, and unwavering dedication to her family.
