A 14-year-old freshman, Isaac from Howland High School, who was reported missing, has now been found safe, according to an update shared by his mother on Facebook.
Jennifer Hayes Dunivant first posted on Facebook asking for help to find her son, Isaac. She said he is 14 years old and a freshman at Howland High School.
In her original post, she explained that some students told her Isaac had said he would not be coming back to school and that he was not coming home.
The worried mother asked anyone who saw him to contact the Howland Police Department and to inform her immediately.
She also requested parents and students connected to Howland High School to share the post and help bring her son home.
Later, she shared an update confirming that Isaac has been found. She thanked everyone who reached out, prayed, and helped search for him.
In her message, she also urged parents to be more aware. She stated that she does not allow her child to ride in vehicles with people she does not know or visit homes without her permission.
She emphasized that if a parent has not met her, then she has not authorized her son to be at their house or in their child’s car or bedroom.
