Just Days After the Engagement With Fiancée Lily, WR Parker Kingston Faces Legal Battle!
Parker Kingston has been arrested and charged with first-degree sexual misconduct in Washington County, Utah. The charge was filed by the Washington County Attorney’s Office following a long investigation.
The alleged incident was reported to police after a 20-year-old woman said Kingston sexually assaulted her on February 23, 2025, in St. George, Utah.
Kingston, 21 years old, is being held in jail without bail and is scheduled for an initial court appearance this Friday in Utah’s Fifth Judicial District Court.
The BYU athletic department confirmed it learned of the arrest, said the university takes the matter seriously, and indicated it will cooperate with law enforcement.
For now, Parker seems to be facing the charges and battling a legal case, with investigations and official reports still pending release to the public.
