The New Brunswick community is in mourning following the passing of Isabelle Mallet, the first-ever Ms. Divine Beauty New Brunswick 2025, who lost her life after a battle with mental health struggles.
Known for her warmth, kindness, and inspiring presence, Mallet left a profound impact on everyone she met, from the pageant world to her professional and volunteer circles.
The Divine Beauty New Brunswick shared a heartfelt tribute, expressing that words could not fully capture the depth of their grief:
“Our hearts are still trying to understand how we could lose such an incredible, kind, and beautiful soul. She brought light and warmth to everyone around her, and her presence will forever be cherished within our pageant family. During this incredibly difficult time, we ask that you please keep her family, friends, and all who loved her in your thoughts and prayers. She will always remain a part of us.”
Throughout her journey, Mallet demonstrated a dedication to empowering others.
She served as a panel judge for the Mlle Flocon Magic 2025 pageant in Sainte-Anne-de-Kent, guiding and encouraging young women in the pageant community.
Originally from Shippagan, New Brunswick, Isabelle’s professional life was marked by versatility and commitment.
She worked as a Service Agent and Team Leader at R2 Ressource Optimum, a leading provider of employment solutions across Eastern Quebec and Atlantic Canada, helping employers and job seekers alike reach their potential.
She also contributed to the Chaleur Chamber of Commerce as a Marketing and Member Relations Coordinator, and held roles at Community Living NB, Collège communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada, focusing on social inclusion, employment coordination, and community support.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Isabelle was deeply committed to volunteer work.
She served as Vice President of Pro Jeunesse, a community program helping children and youth from financially challenged families access cultural, sports, and community activities, earning recognition from the Mayor of Dieppe in 2011 for her contributions.
More recently, she acted as Director of the Festival des Rameurs, organizing volunteer coordination and managing the festival’s opening night.
Her dedication to community service reflected her lifelong desire to create positive change and uplift those around her.
Her educational background included a Diploma of Education in Intervention en délinquance from CCNB, underscoring her commitment to helping individuals and communities in need.
