Michele Guarino was a loving mother, a hard-working professional, and a warm person who cared deeply for her friends and family.
She worked as a regional manager for Salon Centric, where she led her team with kindness and created strong connections with the people she worked with.
Michele’s life was filled with love for her two daughters, and she always put them first.
Just before the accident that took her life, she returned home after winning an award for her work in Arizona.
Being with her girls was something she looked forward to every day.
Michele was tragically killed in a car accident on Friday, February 20, 2026, when another vehicle ran a red light at high speed and struck her.
She suffered devastating brain injuries and passed away at just 42 years old. Her sudden death shocked and saddened everyone who knew her.
Her family shared that she was a generous person who helped others — and even in death, she continued to give.
Michele was an organ donor, and through this final act of kindness, she helped others in need after her passing.
Michele was a single mother and her life revolved around her two daughters: Olivia (14) and Sofia (13).
They were her entire world, and she worked hard every day to give them the best life possible.
Her sister, Marissa Guarino, is deeply involved in caring for the girls now.
In the wake of Michele’s passing, Marissa honored a promise she and Michele once made that if anything ever happened to one of them, the other would help raise the children and support their future.
To help Michele’s daughters during this difficult time, a GoFundMe campaign titled “Honoring Michele by Helping Her Daughters Thrive” was created by Marissa Guarino.
The purpose of the campaign is to provide financial support for Olivia and Sofia’s immediate needs, long-term stability, education, counseling, and other resources that will help them grow up secure and cared for.
Though she is gone, her legacy lives on through her daughters, the lives she helped through organ donation, and the many memories shared by those who knew her.
Rest In Peace.
