A search is underway for a 21-year-old SMU student who has not been seen since Wednesday afternoon.

Brianna Arango was last spotted around 12:30 p.m. on February 12, 2026, near Harold Simmons Hall on SMU’s campus in Dallas. She never made it to her 1:00 p.m. class.

When Arango failed to meet up with family members later that afternoon, a relative called the SMU Police at approximately 3:30 p.m. to report her missing.

At the time of disappearance, she was wearing a white shirt, blue sweatpants, and carrying a beige tote bag.

Hopefully she shares her location with someone trustworthy and has phone with her charged.
